This policy is a binding agreement between us at www.uk-consolidation-loans.co.uk and you the customer should you need to cancel your loan at any point
Fees and Charges
We guarantee that, no matter what the circumstances, we will not charge you any of the fees incurred upon us such as valuations on your property and any searches that need to be done. In fact, we guarantee that we will not charge you ANY fees whatsoever.
If a secured or unsecured loans is not taken out after 6 months, then legally a fee may be charged. We will waive this charge and never ask you for this money.
We will not charge you for anything, should you decide to cancel or not. Our income comes from the commision we receive on your loan and not on any small extras, premium rate telephone lines or any other sneaky methods.
The "Consideration Period"
The consideration period is there to give you the opportunity to seek advice on the products that you have applied for.
If your loan is less than £25,000 then you will be given written copies of your agreement (and any other documentation) so that you can read through them carefully and consider the loan properly.
We will then give you seven day to study these documents. During this time we will not contact you, but may respond to any queries that you have.
When you have received your signable documents, you will have an additional seven days to consider the loan before we speak to you.
If you do not sign and return the documents, the loan will not be granted.
The Seven Day Cancellation Period
For loans of over £25,000, UK-Consolidation-Loans.co.uk will ordinarily provide (in addition to the consideration period for loans under £25,000) a seven day cancellation period.
